Funerals

As Christians, we believe that Christ has defeated death, and that at the last day, all things will be made new. Because of this, though we may grieve, we can face the reality of our own deaths without fear. One of the ways you can prepare for your death now is to make sure your funeral preferences are on record at Trinity. Please review the options for Scripture readings and hymns, and then submit your preferences for our records.

Our clergy are always happy to meet with you to go over these questions in person, or to talk about end or life matters. You may want to consult our recommended reading, or review the videos from our October 2023 Adult Formation series and Holy Dying dinner series.
